Great Deal of Back Pain

My wife and I are on the Daniel's Fast for three days now. I am doing great, but my wife is have a great deal of pain from her lower back all the way through her legs (both sides). Is this a normal side effect?Thanks for your e-mail Alvin.

We're sorry to hear of that your wife isn't well. We've never heard of back or leg pain as a side effect of the Daniel Fast Diet. It would be best to contact your medical professional/doctor. Let them know that you are on the 3rd day of a vegan diet. If there is a connection, please let us know!

Update on Sat, 1 Mar 2008Thanks for your follow-up Alvin. We're all glad to hear your wife is feeling better. Your wife's detox side effects of Daniel's Fast Diet re-enforce how dangerous these chemicals can be for some of us.
Thank you so much for your prayers...my wife is feeling better. Based on what I was told from other sources, my wife is experiencing some detox effects from caffeine, sugar, and other chemicals. The symptom is considering quite normal and should disappear within a week. Hope this information is helpful to other people who are having the similar problem.
