Soya milk and yogurt or rice milk?

Can you use Soya Milk and yogurt or rice milk on the diet. I consume a lot of yogurt and that would be the thing I most miss?

Rice and Soy milk aren't whole grain. Since the milk is filtered to remove the pulp from the grain. So they should be avoided.

You will miss eating yogurt, but it is part of the sacrifice you make when you fast.
