Walter's Veggie Chili

Do this in a slow cooker or crockpot.
Saute 2 large onions chopped fine in olive oil
Then add together:
- 1 whole red or yellow bell pepper chopped fine
- 1 Jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
- 1 tsp of salt
- pepper and chili powder to taste
- 2 cans diced tomatos with juice
- 2 cans red kidney beans with juice
- 2 cans pinto beans with juice
- 2 cans black beans with juice
Cook 2.5 hours on high or low for 6 hours.
