Quinoa - a grain that comes from the Andes Mountains of South America.

Quinoa contains more protein than any other grain; an average of 16.2 percent, compared with 7.5 percent for rice, 9.9 percent for millet, and 14 percent for wheat.

Marcy's Whole Grain Tacos

Corn Tacos or Whole Wheat Tortilla Tacos

You can heat the corn tortillas or wheat tortillas in the Microwave but preferrable on a skillet, then wrap or just fold tortilla over these ingredients.
  • Heated Mashed Pinto or Black Beans
  • Whole black beans and Cooked Brown Rice
  • Any Salad Combination
  • Mashed Patatoes
  • Patato Slices Baked in the Oven but Soft Cooked
  • Patato Slices with Beans
  • Natural Peanut Butter and Banana Halfs
