Here is a recipe for a delicious salad dressing that doesn't have any sugar.
Basic Salad Dressing (2-3 servings)Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup flaxseed oil (or 2 Tbsp. each flax seed and olive oils) I used extra
- virgin olive oil
- 1-2 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider,tarragon, rice, red wine, balsamic ume plum)
- 1/2-1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp. Dijon-type mustard (optional, but totally delicious) Whisked into liquid for easy mixing (I used a little more...)
- Whole or minced garlic, oregano, basil or other herbs of choice (I used a
- combination of several.)
Mix well in a shaker jar.
Store any leftovers in your refrigerator. Increase recipe for multiple servings. I hope that you enjoy this recipe as much I did!

Thanks for sharing your recipe Joyce! One note, many people avoid vinegar, because it is made by fermentation. If you decide to avoid it vinegar, you can replace it with a juice like lemon, lime, orange, apple, etc.
