Use your head to stop Food Headaches!

Do you suffer from frequent headaches? Sue has learned to take a closer look at what she eats. Experts from the American Dietetic Association (ADA) found that many sufferers weren't making the connection between common headache-triggering foods, like chocolate, red wine, beer, aged cheese, nuts, coffee, tea, apple juice, and blackberries, and their throbbing headaches. All of these foods contain one or both of tyramine and tannins.
Thankfully, the experts at ADA say the problem is easily solved. Just eliminate those trigger foods from your diet for two weeks. If they're your headache triggers, your headaches should be history. If your headaches continue, you should make an appointment with your doctor to find other possible causes of your headaches. They can help you to feel better.
