Hundred Pushups Challenge
I ran across this workout program at the Plurk social network. It looked like a fun challenge to gain more strength. It is a six week training program with a goal to complete 100 consecutive push ups. It has training schedules for men and women of various ages and fitness levels. It is assumed that you will need about 30 minutes a week to do this training program. Not a lot of time to achieve a major strength increase.
What will you gain doing push ups?
Push ups are one of the basic and most common exercises for the human body. Push ups are not only great for your chest, but do a tremendous job of defining your abs, triceps, shoulders and torso.Join me in the hundred pushups challenge. Tomorrow, I'll take the Initial Test. It will determine my current level of push up ability and what training program I'll follow.
