It's the quickest way to improve your appearance, look pounds lighter, and put your best foot forward — stand up tall! That's right, proper posture does so much for the way you look and feel! And anyone can do it. It's just a matter of retraining your body.
- Analyze your current posture, then make adjustments. If you walk with your head thrust forward, imagine balancing your skull squarely over your shoulders.
- Realign your shoulders so they are neither forward of your chest, or behind it. Go ahead, try it right now!
- Focus on how your body feels, and try to maintain this position. It may feel strange for awhile, but keep it up!
- After a few weeks, it will be second nature. And it will be effort well, and easily, spent when you look and feel your most confident and beautiful!
