Perk Up Your Posture!

It's the quickest way to improve your appearance, look pounds lighter, and put your best foot forward stand up tall! That's right, proper posture does so much for the way you look and feel! And anyone can do it. It's just a matter of retraining your body.

  • Analyze your current posture, then make adjustments. If you walk with your head thrust forward, imagine balancing your skull squarely over your shoulders.
  • Realign your shoulders so they are neither forward of your chest, or behind it. Go ahead, try it right now!
  • Focus on how your body feels, and try to maintain this position. It may feel strange for awhile, but keep it up!
  • After a few weeks, it will be second nature. And it will be effort well, and easily, spent when you look and feel your most confident and beautiful!
