A Quick Fix for Cellulite?

If you've got cellulite that bumpy fat often found on thighs and hips you may be wondering about the best way to get rid of it. While amazing creams and lotions that promise to smooth out cellulite may be tempting, don't waste your money! None of the cellulite-banishing treatments or products have proven to be effective in scientific studies.

So what can you do about cellulite? While losing weight alone may not completely eliminate it, your cellulite will be much less noticeable after you reach and maintain a healthy body weight. Less body fat overall means less cellulite! You can also minimize the appearance of this dimpled fat by building up the muscles underneath. Lunges, squats, and other toning exercises all help build long, lean thigh and hip muscles.

And lastly, make sure you're drinking your water! Studies have shown that drinking eight or more glasses of water a day can help minimize the appearance of cellulite. Follow these tips and you'll be ready to show off your legs in no time!
