Would you believe it is raining still, everyday!? Last night around 7 P.M. lightening struck at the Ivory Coast Academy, where John goes to school. Every cordless phone was destroyed as was the school fax and at least two computers.

Praise God for all the equipment that was not damaged! The lights flickered at our house, across town, but nothing was damaged. Many who were in their homes barefoot felt the surge. Fortunately, none were injured. Praise God for his protection!

Please pray for our Cote d'Ivoire Field Leadership Team (FLT). We will be meeting in Abidjan from Sept. 21-25. Pray that we would have a good retreat and business meetings as we focus on the vision to reach the lost that God has given us for Cote d'Ivoire.

Pray for Joshua who is still bothered by that cough. He has been waking up most mornings at 2 A.M. coughing. We took him to see the Lebanese Doctor today, who confirmed that it is a cough that originates with a worm in the air. He said that he has seen many cases in the last month.
