John recovering well
Your prayers for John's recovery from shoulder surgery are being answered. He is still having some trouble sleeping, as would be expected with his surgery and his arm brace. He's working some every day at Gold's Gym. Soon he will be going away for 3 weeks at US Army National Guard Camp. That will be a challenge!Ramadan is off to a smooth start here in Abidjan. I'm visiting my friends in the morning. Traffic is crazy in the evening as frazzled, starved and thirsty people are in a hurry to get home for food and water.
Heavenly Father, thank You for touching and healing John's body. Give him strength and good sleep at night. Continue to give our friends dreams and visions about Jesus our Christ and Savior.

Hello Mike, Sue, John and Joshua,
It is a blessing to hear that John is recovering well. I hope and continue to pray for you all and your ministry over there. Our neighbors are muslims as well, and each year, I watch as they practice their rituals and their devotion to their faith. Makes me every year wonder what is America doing to practice our faith in our Lord.
It is a blessing to receive your updates and see how the Lord is working through you all. Tell everyone hi for me.
God Bless!!!
Your cousin and brother in Christ
Thanks Mike, Sue and Josh for the update on both John and Ramadan. That's some shoulder "harness"...I don't know what I was thinking, but it's a lot more involved than my mental image! Also can't imagine how he will function at National Guard Camp!!!
It's good to hear that John is doing well Mike... thanks for your updates via plurk - we all feel part of the family now and wish for speedy recoveries and back to full strength (sounds like he needs to be regardless!!) :)

Praise God for his healing power!
One of Brian's friends had that surgery. His shoulder kept coming out of the socket during sports activities, and I think the surgery helped.
Amen! Hello to John... great picture! We pray for Your anointing, Abba. Amen!

Dear Sue and Mike, just to let you know we're praying for John's recovering, especially when he has to report for National Guard duty. I pray the lord will guide & lead both of you each and every day, as you go about our Father's business and that he will keep you safe in your daily walk. Oh, that you will see many come to Him. Our love and God bless you both in all that you do. Dorothy

HI Mike and Sue,
It's so good to see this picture of John, and we will continue to pray for him.
Right now, we ask that you join us at CCC on Sunday, Sept. 7 as several classes will meet in the chapel for special prayers for our nation, and the election. Pray for the Holy Spirit to fill the hearts of those present., and that hearts will be ignited to spread the spirit of revival.
Blessings to you, Audrey
