My life is full of joy

Mike FarhoToday, Radwan and I went to his travel agent to purchase airline tickets for my family to an MK education conference in Niamey, Niger in January. One of the armed guards there ran up to us and greeted me very warmly. He thanked me profusely for giving him a Scripture booklet last month. He told us that his life is totally changed. His life is now full of joy, with Jesus in his heart. What a joy it was for us to hear his testimony!

Heavenly Father, continue to give Mike and Sue many opportunities to share the Word of God and love of Jesus with people in Abidjan. Guide this young man as he grows in his relationship with Jesus Christ.

Aloha Mike,

Love hearing reports like this.  One of my favorite books to read is called "Joy Unspeakable" by Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones.  It is really hard to get but your subject line reminded me of it and the joy and peace it brought me.  Put it on your list of books to read if you have not.

How is the little guy doing?  I pray for him all the time and your family.

Mahalo,
Paul

Michael,  What a thrilling testimony !!  I loved the 2x I was in Nigeria.  The people we met were soooo open to the Gospel.   The first time we (with the Stebbins) were in the bush country (Ibo) and the 2nd in Lagos.

Anyway, how about an update on Josh and John ?   Love and blessings, Rose

John and Josh are doing well. Josh is over his Malaria. John is healing up well from his shoulder surgery. He is able to go without his shoulder brace some of the day.

Hallelujah!  Bless His holy Name!  Glory to the Lord!!!  What a beautiful testimony!!!!!!!!  After your prayer request for more friends to come and join your Bible Study, Lou and I prayed for your and Sue's safety as you share and for many friends to come and join your group.  We pray that many will desire to know Him more just as the guard expressed his joy!  We will continue to pray also for your ears!

I am rejoicing with you and the angels of heaven! Jesus is mighty in power and strength to save! Praise the name of Jesus! I am praying along with you that this guard will hunger and thirst for the word of God and will grow in his relationship with Jesus. I will pray with you that this man will share Christ with his family and those around him and that many others will come to know Christ Jesus as their Savior by his testimony.

That is great, it must be amazing for someone to run up to you to thank you for witnessing to him and for him to immediately believe in the Prince of Peace.  It must be comforting for the people over in Africa to find comfort and hope in the Lord of Lords because they have been through so much and some of them became so bitter because of it.

Dear Lord, you said that if we will confess Jesus unto men He will confess us unto you.  I thank Mike and Sue for being such an encouragement and and an example to me.  I pray that I receive more courage to spread the your word!!

God Bless & Keep you
Your sister in the Lord
